Each month, we’ll hold space to get shit done. I’ll help keep you accountable, and I’ll help you through when you feel stuck, stressed or lacking in motivation.

  • Yes, each session is run as a live Zoom call. I'd always recommend joining live if you can, so that you get to ask me questions + get feedback along the way. But don't worry, every session is recorded so you'll always find a replay if you can't join live.

  • I mix up the days and times each month so that everyone has the best chance of getting to as many sessions as possible. I always give you lots of notice for upcoming sessions, so that you can add them to your diary way in advance.

  • Absolutely! Every session is interactive, with a chance to ask questions + get feedback throughout. We also have a private Facebook group where you can ask questions and get feedback from me and/or the community.

  • Nope! I'm here to help, not handcuff you. If you decide after month one that it's not for you, simply cancel before the start of your next billing period and you won't be charged for month two.
